o333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and o333 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the o333.bet website and all associated services, games, promotions and features. 3. Identity Verification (KYC)

o333 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling. By registering, you consent to o333 performing identity verification checks at any time during the life of your account. o333 may request the following documents:

• Proof of identity: national ID card, passport or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement or official government document issued within the last three months showing your current residential address.
• Proof of payment method: a screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account confirming ownership.
• Source of funds documentation if o333 deems it necessary based on account activity thresholds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

10. Account Closure and Termination

Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. o333 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons (without limitation):
